NVG Compatible Assemblies

Consolite Technology offers a wide range of NVG compatible filter assemblies, suitable for a variety of applications including:

  - bezel mounted filters for cockpit LED, CRT and LCD
    displays

  - encapsulated lamp and filter assemblies (microfilters) for
    internally lit panels

  - filtered lamp holders for Type III edge lit panels

  - filtered post lights and "eyebrow" assemblies

  - conversion kits for specific instruments - radar altimeters, artificial horizons etc

  - filtered replacement caps for illuminated knobs

  - filter assemblies for undercarriage control knobs

  - illuminated push button caps with legends

  - central warning panel conversions with legend

  - flashlights and marshalling baton conversions


Assemblies comply with the relevant NVG lighting specification, such as MIL-STD-3009, for colour, NVG compatibility and sunlight readability. Many are available "off the shelf" but Consolite also has a full design and prototyping capability and is happy to respond to any special customer requirements for instrument conversion.
