These include filtered LED cockpit indicator assemblies in the full range of NVIS colours for both 5V and 28V DC systems. These offer very high reliability and low current draw. LED cockpit floodlights and dome lights can also be supplied, additionally offering low heat output compared to incandescent alternatives. LED based external aircraft position lights can be provided as a retrofit for existing lights. These offer very high reliability in combination with optimal levels of NVG friendliness - they can be seen through NVGs but do not degrade performance - making them ideal for close formation NVG flying. Optionally the ability to switch to covert (IR only) operation is available. Filtered electroluminescent assemblies for backlighting applications can be manufactured in a wide variety of configurations. Fluorescent lamps fitted with Consolite's unique plastic filters are available as complete units in all standard diameters and lengths, including T5, T8 and T12 configurations, to comply with a variety of specifications.
